油温对液压系统有至关重要的影响。武钢炼钢总厂三分厂2号连铸机中心液压室油温一直偏高,造成系统压力不稳定、漏油频繁、液压元件频繁损坏,严重影响连铸机安全稳定运行。通过更换油箱冷却系统、调整液压室高压泵运行模式、优化液压室通风模式等措施降低了系统油温,实现了设备的稳定可靠运行。
Oil temperature has a crucial effect on the hydraulic system. The oil temperature in the hydraulic chamber of No.2 continuous casting machine center of No.3 Coking Plant of WISCO was always high, resulting in unstable system pressure, frequent oil spills, frequent damage to hydraulic components and serious impact on the safe and stable operation of continuous casting machines. By changing the fuel tank cooling system, adjusting the operation mode of the high pressure pump in the hydraulic chamber and optimizing the ventilation mode of the hydraulic chamber, the system oil temperature is reduced and the stable and reliable operation of the equipment is realized.
