为了对火电企业安全性进行有效的评价,根据火电企业生产的特点,提出了火电企业安全性评价的指标体系。采用AHP和熵权组合赋权的方法,在一定程度上克服了主观权重对评价结果的影响,提高了评价精度。将灰色关联理论运用到火电企业安全性评价中,对影响火电企业安全性的危险因素进行定量分析,依据各评价指标关联度的大小对影响程度进行辨别。最后对某发电集团下属两家火电厂进行实例计算。结果表明,此方法易于计算,评价精度达到预期精度要求,具有很好的推广能力。
In order to effectively evaluate the safety of thermal power enterprises, according to the characteristics of thermal power enterprises, the paper puts forward the index system of thermal power enterprise safety evaluation. Adopting the AHP and entropy weight combination method to a certain extent, it overcomes the influence of subjective weight on the evaluation result and improves the evaluation accuracy. The gray relational theory is applied to the safety evaluation of thermal power enterprises, the risk factors affecting the safety of thermal power enterprises are quantitatively analyzed, and the degree of influence is distinguished according to the degree of relevance of each evaluation index. Finally, a power generation group under the two thermal power plant instance calculation. The results show that this method is easy to calculate, the evaluation accuracy reaches the expected accuracy requirements, and has good promotion ability.
