1 背 景 糖尿病肾病是终末期肾衰的主要病因之一。大量研究显示低蛋白饮食可延缓肾衰的进展,多数研究是在各种原因引起的肾衰病人中进行,而占少部分的糖尿病肾病没有单独报道,并且低蛋白饮食很少在糖尿病的常规治疗中应用。由于肾损害的原因不同,其对低蛋白饮食的反应不同,因而糖尿病中低蛋白饮食的应用是否有效,应基于糖尿病患者的临床试验得出的结果。2 目 的 评价低蛋白饮食是否能减慢或阻止糖尿病肾病进入肾功能衰竭的进程。3 检索策略 采用Cochrane协作评议组检索策略来检索论文。本分析并非严格限于随机对照研究,患者试验
