几十年来的实践经验表明,生产必须安全,安全为了生产。企业里发生的各种灾害和事故往往同设备状况不良、存在隐患、缺陷得不到及时消除有密切关联。因此,为保证生产持续、稳定地发展,就必须始终坚持在安全的环境下生产。搞好“安全评价”是加强设备管理的一个重要手段,也是取得高产、优质、低耗的重要条件。正是基于安全的重要性,国家把安全做为企业升级的一项考核条件。 企业的安全是一个大系统。为识别、控制、预防、改造这个大系统中的人、机、物,消除环境的危险性,就必须对它有充分的认识,并揭示出危险性的存在及其发生的可能性。安全评价中的一项主要内容,就是按照安全性的标准,评价设备、设施的可靠性、安全性。现将我厂安全性评价的做法和体会介绍如下。 一、选题依据 我厂安全评价工作是从1989年开始的。工作开始前,按照安全性标准的要求,各部门、各环节都做了大量的整顿准备工作,对设备管理要做的工作就更多了。主要从管理入手,从设备台帐、档案到设备的
