前阶段,我们调研小组通过发放调查问卷,调研单位以及调研对象对干部挂职工作还是比较满意的,认为发挥了积极的作用,同时也对挂职工作中存在的一些问题提出了不少意见建议,现将有关情况形成如下调研报告。
