将倾倒式浇注用于自动浇注生产线是一种有效、实用的方法。圆筒钢包在驱动力的作用下绕支点转动实现钢水的自动倾倒浇注。在浇注的过程中,钢包的驱动力和流量随倾斜角度的变化而变化。为实现浇注流量恒定并为驱动系统提供设计依据,需要知道驱动力和流量的变化特征。为此,在建立圆筒钢包浇注过程数学模型的基础上,分析了浇注过程流量以及驱动力的变化规律。同时,应用MATLAB软件,获得了恒定流量浇注的液压缸位移、速度曲线。
The pouring pouring for automatic casting production line is an effective and practical method. Cylinder ladle in the driving force under the action of the fulcrum rotation of molten steel pouring automatic pouring. During casting, the driving force and flow rate of the ladle vary with the angle of inclination. In order to achieve a constant pouring flow rate and to provide a design basis for the drive system, it is necessary to know the changing characteristics of the driving force and the flow rate. Therefore, based on the mathematical model of the ladle pouring process, the changing rules of the flow rate and driving force in the pouring process are analyzed. At the same time, MATLAB software was used to obtain the displacement and speed curve of hydraulic cylinder with constant flow rate.
