The China Research University is sponsored by the China Association of Old Professors. It was established in May 1993 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Adult Education. It trains doctoral and master’s degree trainees and has private colleges and universities with qualifications for national diploma examinations. The Department of Applied Electronic Technology (Medical Instruments) of the Chinese Research University is jointly organized by the Medical Engineering Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the China Research University.
