在常规沥青混合料中掺入导电相材料,可制备出电学性能优良,用于路面融雪除冰的沥青路面材料。以石墨为导电相材料,以SMA沥青混合料为基体,配制导电SMA路面材料,研究石墨掺杂导电SMA的导电机理及电热性能。户外融雪试验表明:导电SMA混合料在一定输入电压下发热,可有效融化路面冰雪,消除冰雪灾害对于交通运输的不利影响。
Incorporating conductive phase materials into conventional asphalt mixture can prepare asphalt pavement materials with excellent electrical properties and deicing for pavement snowmelt deicing. Using graphite as conductive phase material and SMA asphaltene mixture, the conductive SMA pavement material was prepared to study the conductive mechanism and electrothermal properties of graphite doped conductive SMA. Outdoor snowmelt tests show that the conductive SMA mixture generates heat at a certain input voltage, which can effectively melt snow and ice on pavement and eliminate the adverse impact of snow disaster on traffic and transportation.
