将同一批种子播种在不同温度条件下生长,测定不同温度生境下经过低温处理后电解质渗出率及扦插成活率,通过对比后发现低温生境下紫茎泽兰抗冻能力得到了增强低温半致死温度在-3~-6℃,比温暖生境高3~6℃,抗冻性、可塑性强。基于此,通过测定同一批种子播种在不同温度条件下生长的紫茎泽兰植株经过不同梯度低温胁迫后电解质渗出率及恢复生长成活率,对比分析看紫茎泽兰在低温条件下抗冻性是否发生了增强性变异,对研究紫茎泽兰的入侵性提重要供理论依据。
