辅导员是高校教师中的一支特殊队伍。笔者通过对高职院校辅导员主观幸福感现状的分析,发现许多辅导员的主观幸福感不容乐观,而辅导员工作在大学生的成长成才中起着举足轻重的作用,因此,本文从社会、学校、个人三个视角入手,认为社会应努力提高辅导员的社会地位,并对其建立合理的期望;学校应明确辅导员的岗位职责,并建立公正的评价机制、激励机制,努力营造和谐的职场环境;辅导员自身应保持积极的心态,明确职业规划,改进工作方法,从而积极提高辅导员队伍的主观幸福感。
Counselor is a special team of college teachers. Through analyzing the present situation of subjective well-being of counselors in higher vocational colleges, the author finds that many counselors ’subjective sense of happiness is not optimistic, while the counselors’ work plays an important role in the growth of college students. Therefore, , Personal three perspectives, that the community should strive to improve the social status of counselors, and to establish reasonable expectations; the school should clear job responsibilities of counselors, and establish a fair evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanisms, and strive to create a harmonious workplace Environment; counselors themselves should maintain a positive attitude, a clear career planning, improve working methods, so as to actively enhance the subjective sense of happiness counselors team.
