一、怎样排除气压式制动系制动不灵? 此故障的表现是:车辆制动时,车速不能很快降低,制动距离增长,甚至刹不住车。产生这一故障的原因: 1.贮气筒气压不足。气压不足的具体原因有:空气压缩机进、排气阀密封不严,或活环与缸壁严重磨损及气缸垫不密封,使空压机工作不良;由空压机至各贮气筒,再由各贮气筒至主制动控制阀的管道和接头漏气;主制动控制阀各制动阀的进气阀关不严等。
