国有企业是全面建成小康社会的重要力量,是中国特色社会主义的重要支柱,是中国共产党执政的重要基础。国有企业党组织是推动企业改革发展、提升企业核心竞争力的关键力量,在把关定向、动员组织、服务群众、促进和谐等方面具有不可替代的作用。实践证明,国有企业之所以一步步发展壮大,创业动力、创新活力、创造实力不断增强,根本的一个原因就是坚持党的领导、加强党的建设。但从去年以来中央巡视组对央企全面巡视情况来看,被巡视单位普遍存在着党的建设弱化等突出问题,不仅削弱了党对企业的领导,而且严重影响了企业的健康
State-owned enterprises are an important force for building an overall well-to-do society, an important pillar of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and an important foundation for the CPC in power. Party organizations in state-owned enterprises are the key force for promoting the reform and development of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. They play an irreplaceable role in ensuring orientation, mobilizing organizations, serving the masses and promoting harmony. Practice has proved that the reason why state-owned enterprises have gradually developed and expanded, and their entrepreneurial motivation, innovative vitality and creative power have been constantly enhanced. One of the fundamental reasons why state-owned enterprises are rooted in their position is to uphold the party’s leadership and strengthen party building. However, since the central inspection team conducted a round-robin inspection of the state-owned enterprises since last year, the prominent problems that are being weakened by the building of the party are widespread in the units visited. This not only weakened the party’s leadership over the enterprises, but also seriously affected the health of the enterprises
