根据沪委政法〔2002〕 101号《关于开展社区矫治工作试点的意见》、沪委政法〔2002〕102号《关于推进本市社区矫治工作的实施意见》(试行)和沪委政法〔2002〕140号《关于印发本市假释、暂予监外执行等工作的会议纪要的通知》,自2002年8月开始,社区矫治试点工作在本市徐汇区斜土路街道、闸北区宝山路街道、普陀区曹杨新村街道正式启动。根据试点工作的情况,特制定《社区矫治工作流程》,以进一步规范社区矫治工作。
According to the Opinions of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Political Science and Law (2002) No. 101 on Piloting Community Correction Work, Shanghai Opinions on the Implementation of Community Correction in 2002 (No. 102) 140 “on the issuance of the city’s parole, temporary extra-judicial implementation of the meeting minutes,” since August 2002, the community pilot project in Xupu District Xietu Road, Zhabei District streets, Baoshan Road streets, Putuo District Caoyang Village street officially started. According to the pilot work situation, specially formulated “community correction workflow” to further standardize community corrections.
