受黑龙江省对外科技交流中心的派谴,我们于1991年9月30日至10月13日对日本北海道的蔬菜育种及栽培技术进行了为期十四天的科技交流和考察。先后到了北海道的扎幌、森町、大野町、函馆市和长沼町。同日本农林水产省北海道农业试验场、道立中央农业试验场,道南农业试验场,扎幌市农业试验场及农业中心、雪印种苗株式会社的本部、中央农业试验场、技术研究所等单位的科技人员进行了技术交流和考察。会见了北
