用化学分析和三甲基硅烷化-气相色谱(TMS-GC)法研究了3Na_2O.Al_2O_3.2SiO_2.60H_2O凝胶体系由介稳态A型沸石向稳定的NaHS沸石的转晶过程,并用电子显微镜,透射电镜考察了转晶过程液相中晶核的生成及晶型的变化,进一步证实了沸石的液相生成机理.
The crystallization process of 3Na_2O.Al_2O_3.2SiO_2.60H_2O gel system from metastable A zeolite to stable NaHS zeolite was investigated by chemical analysis and trimethylsilylation-gas chromatography (TMS-GC). The electron microscopy, Transmission electron microscopy was used to investigate the formation of crystal nuclei in the liquid phase and the change of crystal form, which further confirmed the liquid phase formation mechanism of the zeolite.
