出席这次会议的有来自全国十二个省、市区研究会的代表共125人。会议表彰了先进集体、先进个人和优秀论文作者。会议回顾了三年来研究会所做的工作,并对九十年代的工作做了安排。
A total of 125 representatives from 12 provinces and municipal research institutes attended the conference. The conference honored advanced collectives, advanced individuals and excellent dissertation authors. The meeting reviewed the work done by the research institute over the past three years and arranged the work of the 1990s.
