三乙撑四胺六乙酸(TTHA)是具有4个配位氮原子和六个配位氧原子的氨羧络合剂。Rubel等研究了TTHA对Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)等11种金属离子极谱还原的影响,但其文中未提到TTHA对锡极谱还原的影响。我们研究了锡-TTHA络合物的极谱行为,发现在pH1.5~3.6的硫酸介质中,锡-TTHA络合物在滴汞电极上产生一个灵敏的络合吸附波。锡的检测下限为0.005μg/ml。若有少量硒(Ⅳ)存在,灵敏度再提高近2倍,锡的检测下限可达0.002μg/ml。
Triethylenetetraamine hexaacetic acid (TTHA) is an amine carboxy complexing agent with 4 coordinating nitrogen atoms and six coordinating oxygen atoms. Rubel et al. Studied the effect of TTHA on the polarographic reduction of eleven metal ions such as Cu (II) and Pb (II), but did not mention the effect of TTHA on the reduction of tin polarography in this article. We investigated the polarographic behavior of the tin-TTHA complex and found that the tin-TTHA complex produced a sensitive complexed adsorptive wave at the droplet mercury electrode in sulfuric acid at pH 1.5-3.6. The detection limit of tin is 0.005 μg / ml. If a small amount of selenium (Ⅳ) exists, the sensitivity increased nearly 2-fold, tin detection limit of up to 0.002μg / ml.
