This federal prison is located on the island of Alcatraz. From 1934 to 1963, it was well known for holding the country’s thorniest prisoners. This is known as “Uncle Sam’s Devil Island,” said. It is a breeze to close the jail cells in prison at the same time. Each weighing 250 pounds, the door with a strong steel fence was shut down with a deafening metal crash within only 3 seconds. This is perhaps the most deterrent voice in the history of American justice and the hallmark of the U.S. federal prison on the island of Alcatraz.
