高铬铸铁是继普通白口铁、高锰钢、镍硬铸铁之后出现的新一代抗磨材料,常用的高铬铸铁含铬量为14～20％,含碳量2.4％～3.6％,此外还含有钼、镍、硅、铜和锰等元素,具有良好的机械性能和抗磨能力。高铬铸铁轧辊在国外已得到广泛应用,现将应用情况作一简介。
High chromium cast iron is a new generation of antiwear material which appears after common white iron, high manganese steel and nickel hard cast iron. The commonly used high chromium cast iron contains 14-20% of chromium and 2.4% -3.6% of carbon. In addition Also contains molybdenum, nickel, silicon, copper and manganese and other elements, has good mechanical properties and wear resistance. High chromium cast iron roller has been widely used in foreign countries, the application is now made an introduction.
