本文根据筑路板结物料破碎机的工艺要求对破碎原理进行了分析,并对其主要零部件进行理论分析与计算,完成了总体结构设计,特别是对锤片进行了研究。该设备的安装位置在拌合机各进料仓出口,与进料机同步运行。设计增加了破碎装置后,提高了生产率,延长了机械使用寿命。
In this paper, the crushing principle is analyzed according to the technological requirements of road crusher, and the main components are analyzed and calculated theoretically. The overall structure design is completed, especially the hammer is studied. The installation location of the equipment in the mixer feed silo exports, and feeding machine synchronous operation. The design increases the crushing device, improves the productivity and prolongs the service life of the machine.
