国家“九五”期间企业干部培训工作的基本思路是:在提高企业干部素质的基础上,培养造就一支职业化的、跨世纪的企业家队伍,并建立适应于现代企业制度的企业员工培训机制。可见,对企业管理干部的任职资格培训不仅迫在眉睫,而且任务十分艰巨。政治路线确定之后,干部是决定性的因素,这是一条被我国的革命实践所证明的真理。
The basic train of thought for enterprise cadre training work during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period of our country is: on the basis of improving the quality of enterprise cadre, cultivating a professional and cross-century entrepreneur team and establishing training for enterprise staff adapted to the modern enterprise system mechanism.
