AML的治疗是目前儿童白血病治疗中重要议题,现代联合化疗方案已使AML诱导缓解(CR)率得到了显著提高,但5年EFS率提高不明显。国际先进治疗中心的5年无病生存率EFS率在50%左右。国内通常在30%~40%。为探讨儿童AML长期生存的相关因素,现将我院1991年以来收治的80例AML患儿情况分析
