作为“一方之全书”的地方综合性年鉴,在编辑过程中经常遇到的一个问题,就是各条战线、各个行业的先进模范人物及上一年的逝世人物的资料如何收录,怎样编辑?《新疆年鉴》在这一问题的处理上,作了一些尝试,即从1990年刊起,设置了“人物”部类,这样做是否妥当,还有待于实践的进一步检验。我想就《新疆年鉴》“人物”部类的编辑,谈一点粗浅的认识,以供商榷。
As a local comprehensive yearbook of “one book,” one of the most frequently encountered problems in the editing process is how to compile and compile information on all fronts, advanced model personalities in all fields and the people of the previous year. Xinjiang Almanac made some attempts to deal with this issue, that is, whether it is proper to set up a “character” category since its publication in 1990 has yet to be further tested in practice. I would like to make a brief comment on the editors of the “People” section of the “Yearbook of Xinjiang” for my question.
