微载体再生的研究

将使用过的Cytodex1微载体用0．1mol／L醋酸处理后，再用于细胞培养，结果细胞生长速度、形态和抗原分泌量与新微载体相比，无明显差异。经处理的微载体再生率达70％～90％。

The treated Cytodex1 microcarriers were treated with 0.1 mol / L acetic acid and re-used in cell culture. As a result, there was no significant difference in cell growth rate, morphology and antigen secretion compared with the new microcarrier. Treated microcarrier regeneration rate of 70% to 90%.
