影响成人高等教育质量的关键环节是教学管理,传统的学年制的管理办法已不适应成人高等教育的发展要求,而实行完全的学分制尚未成熟。学年学分制是不完全学分制的一种形式,它是一种以学年教学计划为主,仍按班级授课,实行有计划培养和按学分累计成绩的新型教学管理制度和方法。成人高等教育的教学与管理特点,决定了学年学分制的教学管理办法更适合现阶段的成人高等教育。
The key link that affects the quality of adult higher education is teaching management. The traditional academic year system has not met the requirements of the development of adult higher education. However, the implementation of a complete credit system is not yet mature. The academic year credit system is a form of incomplete credit system. It is a new teaching management system and method based on the school year teaching plan, which is still taught by classes, and implemented by planned training and accumulative credit scores. The characteristics of teaching and management of adult higher education determine that the academic management of the credit system in the academic year is more suitable for the adult higher education at this stage.
