为筛选安全、高效的植物源储粮害虫杀虫剂,研究了4种植物不同部位的3种溶剂提取物对玉米象(Stophilus zeamais Motschulsky)成虫的触杀活性。结果表明,绣球小冠花(Coronilla varia)茎叶部位的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、乙醇提取物和千层塔(Lycopodium serratum)全草的石油醚提取物以及马铃薯(Solunum tubersum)花的乙酸乙酯提取物对玉米象成虫的触杀校正死亡率均为100%。其中,在0.2 mg/cm~2浓度下,绣球小冠花(Coronilla varia)茎叶乙酸乙酯提取物活性最为突出,4 d后对玉米象成虫的触杀校正死亡率为100%。
In order to screen safe and efficient plant-derived stored-grain pest insecticides, the contact activity of three kinds of solvent extracts from different parts of four plants against adults of Staucilis zeamais Motschulsky was studied. The results showed that the extracts of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract of whole plant of Lycopodium serratum in the stem and leaves of Coronilla varia and the acetate of the flower of Solunum tubersum The contact-kill corrected mortality of the ester extracts of adult corn adults was 100%. Among them, at the concentration of 0.2 mg / cm ~ 2, the ethyl acetate extract of Coronilla varia had the most prominent activity, and the contact kill correction mortality of adult corn was 100% after 4 days.
