近年来,丰城石溪—八景煤田钻探遇复杂地层,钻孔事故多、效率低,一度成为钻探的老大难问题。本文从煤系地层泥页岩岩矿组份化学分析、X光物相分析及物理机械性能分析着手,对其水化膨胀分散、缩径等水敏性特征,采用SSI试验(页岩稳定性试验)、分散性试验、膨胀性试验和浸泡防塌试验等试验研究手段,通过正交试验法科学地选用以钾基—腐植酸盐处理剂为主的优质聚合物泥浆,从而解决了该地层护孔钻进难题,开拓了腐植酸产品的应用领域。
