在国家创新发展中,知识创新主体的多元化,知识来源的多渠道,使得知识创新成为跨系统的交互活动。开放式知识创新要求实现信息保障的平台化和服务的协同化。基于这一现实,文章从国家知识创新与信息保障平台建设目标出发,按平台建设的协同机制,进行了面向多元需求的平台架构和规划,提出了平台协同建设的目标原则与基本对策。
In the national innovation and development, the diversification of the subject of knowledge innovation and the multiple sources of knowledge sources make knowledge innovation a cross-system interaction. Open knowledge innovation requires the realization of information security platform and service synergies. Based on this reality, the article proceeded from the goal of national knowledge innovation and information assurance platform construction and carried out platform architecture and planning oriented to multiple needs according to the synergetic mechanism of platform construction. The target principles and basic countermeasures of platform collaboration construction were put forward.
