目的调查一起以发热、腹痛、腹泻为主要症状的食物中毒事件的病因,查找传染源。方法开展病例个案调查和现场勘察,并采集病例、食堂厨师粪便样本进行实验室检测。结果从病例粪便和厨师肛拭子样本中均检出侵袭性大肠埃希菌(血清型为O136∶K78),且其PFGE带型一样,菌株间呈高度同源。结论这是一起由侵袭性大肠埃希菌感染造成的食源性疾病暴发。建议规范和落实学校餐饮卫生监管,注意食品生熟分开,防止交叉污染,做好从事食品加工和餐饮服务行业人员的健康体检,无症状带菌者对人群的威胁应引起重视,防止食源性疾病暴发的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning with fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea as the main symptoms and to find the source of infection. Methods Case investigation and field investigation were carried out. Samples of stool samples from canteens and canteens were collected for laboratory testing. Results Invasive Escherichia coli (serotype O136: K78) was detected in both cases of feces and cheek anal swab samples. The PFGE bands were the same, and the strains were highly homologous. Conclusion This is a foodborne disease outbreak caused by an invasive Escherichia coli infection.
