市政府提出的本市房改方案(草案),从几个方面采取配套措施,向住房商品化转轨。方案(草案)内容比较全面、周到,总的来说是可行的。但尚有几个问题,特别是如何理想地将这一方案操作运转,似需作进一步研究。一、方案预计从交存公积金、购买债券及提高房租等方面,每年可筹集资金8亿多元,相当于100万平方米住房的建造费用。这对解决本市建房资金有所帮助。但值得考虑
