学前教育是基础教育的基础,是国民教育的组成部分,是重要的社会公益事业。推动学前教育发展、提高学前教育水平,是政府需要履行的责任。近几年来,政府加强了对学前教育的重视,加大了财政投入,监督管理的执行力度也不断增强,但是“入园难、入园贵”、幼儿园“小学化”、幼儿安全等问题依旧存在。文章从法律和理论等多个角度对学前教育投入机制中的政府责任进行分析,进一步明确政府在学前教育投入机制中的责任,解决学前教育发展过程中存在的突出问题,从而加快推进学前教育普及进程,促进学前教育可持续发展。
