公正廉洁司法,维护社会公平正义,是司法工作的生命线。近年来,我国司法公信力虽逐渐提升,但仍面临着巨大的挑战,尤其是在开放、透明的信息化条件下,司法机关逐步成为社会各界关注的焦点。然而部分群众对司法机关的不信任感正在逐渐泛化成普遍社会心理,如何全面树立司法机关权威,提升司法公信力成为亟待解决的问题。
Fair and honest administration of justice and safeguarding social fairness and justice are the lifelines of judicial work. In recent years, although the judicial credibility of our country has been gradually improved, it still faces enormous challenges. Especially under the conditions of open and transparent informationization, the judiciary has gradually become the focus of attention of all circles in the community. However, some people’s sense of distrust of the judiciary is gradually generalized into general social psychology. How to comprehensively establish the authority of the judiciary and improve the credibility of the judiciary has become an urgent issue to be solved.
