本文首先从理论上通过水蒸气渗透流经建筑外墙墙体内部结构,发生冷凝结露时,使内部结构受潮所造成的危害,并举例说明外墙涂料具有透气性的重要性。介绍了现行有关标准关于对外墙涂料透气性评价的有关规定,并就《建筑外墙涂料通用技术要求》征求意见稿关于透气性的规定作了简要介绍。最后建议:没有对透气性指标作出规定的,国家现行有关外墙涂料标准应给予修订。
