肾脏既是清除和降解血胰岛素(In)的重要器官,又是 In 作用的重要部位。它通过两条途径清除In:①In 经肾小球滤过后,99%以上被近曲小管腔膜通过胞饮作用重吸收,储存在吞噬小囊。溶酶体蛋白酶将其降解为氨基酸。②In 经肾小管周围毛细血管扩散与肾小管的对侧腔膜(cont(?)aluminal me-mbrane)结合,而后降解。经此途径的 In 占肾清除In 总量的1/3。在上述两种解剖和功能截然不同的肾小管细胞膜上均有胰岛素受体(InR)和非特异性
