目的:研究瑶医药材走马风的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和薄层色谱等多种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化方法和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从走马风中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为紫金牛素E(1)、岩白菜素(2)、11-O-(4’-O-甲基没食子酰基)-岩白菜素(3)、汉黄芩素(4)、木栓酮(5)、4-甲氧基-3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)、棕榈酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Yao horse wind of Yao medicine. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical methods and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the draft horseradish and identified as echinocandin E (1), bergenin (2), 11-O- (4’-O-methyl galloyl) (4), xylitol (5), 4-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (6), caffeic acid (7), palmitic acid Sitosterol (9). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
