信息素养的培养是高职秘书专业学生培养模式改革的需要,是高职秘书专业学生主动适应市场需求,是高职秘书专业学生进一步提升和发展的需要。高职秘书专业学生信息素养的培养很重要,但也面临着信息素养的普遍缺乏、现有学生培养模式不适应信息素养培养的需要、信息素养培养软硬件条件的缺失等挑战。本文从将信息素养的培养纳入高职秘书专业学生培养模式改革体系及建立和完善高职秘书专业学生信息素养的培养机制等方面对高职秘书专业学生信息素养的培养提出建议。
The cultivation of information literacy is the need of higher vocational secretary major students’ training mode reform. It is the need of high vocational secretary students to take the initiative to adapt to the market demand, which is the need of higher vocational secretary major students to further promote and develop. The cultivation of information literacy for professional secretarial major students is very important, but it also faces the general lack of information literacy, the current student training mode does not meet the needs of information literacy training, the lack of information literacy training software and hardware conditions and other challenges. This article puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate information literacy for professional secretarial students from the aspects of cultivating information literacy into the training system reform model for higher vocational college secretarial students and establishing and perfecting the training mechanism of information literacy for professional secretarial students.
