汉语言文学专业是一个历史悠久、传统色彩比较浓厚的专业,随着20世纪末期以来传统师范类院校重组浪潮的出现,师范教育受到冲击,师范生质量出现了较为严重的滑坡现象,在新的时代条件下,汉语言文学专业人才培养与社会需要之间所出现的不适应方面日益明显。旨在通过对以陕南高校为中心的师范生技能培养现状进行调查,发现其中问题并总结研究,从师资队伍、教学方法、课程设置、评价体系等多方面为其找寻改进方案。

This paper aims to find out the problems and summarize the research by investigating the status quo of the cultivation of normal university students in Southern Shaanxi as the center and find out the improvement plan from the teaching staff, teaching methods, curriculum and evaluation system.
