ObjectiveTo select the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Ficus erecta Thunb.var.beecheyana(Hook.et Arn.) King by ultrasonication-assisted extraction.MethodWith the content of total flavonoids as the index, single factor test was conducted to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction times,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction yield of total flavonoids. And the technology of ultrasonication-assisted extraction was optimized by orthogonal test.ResultThe influencing degrees of four factors on the extraction yield of total flavonoids were in the order of solid-liquid ratio > ethanol concentration > extraction time > extraction times. The optimum extraction technology was 50% ethanol concentration,1:20 solid-liquid ratio(W /V,g /mL),2 extraction times and 60 min extraction time.Under this condition, the extraction yield of total flavonoids from the Ficus beecheyana roots was 27.83 mg /g.ConclusionThis extraction technology was reasonable, and the detection method was simple, rapid and accurate, which provided scientific references for the further development of Ficus beecheyana.
ObjectiveTo select the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Ficus erecta Thunb. Var. Beecheyana (Hook.et Arn.) King by ultrasonication-assisted extraction. Method of the content of total flavonoids as the index, single factor test was conducted to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction times, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction yield of total flavonoids. And the technology of ultrasonication-assisted extraction was optimized by orthogonal test. Result The influencing degrees of four factors on the extraction yield of total flavonoids were in the order of solid-liquid ratio> ethanol concentration> extraction time> extraction times. The optimum extraction technology was 50% ethanol concentration, 1: 20 solid- liquid ratio (W / V, g / mL) times and 60 min extraction time. This condition, the extraction yield of total flavonoids from the Ficus beecheyana roots was 27.83 mg / g. Confluence of extraction technology w as reasonable, and the detection method was simple, rapid and accurate, which provided scientific references for the further development of Ficus beecheyana.
