研究表面结合聚合物脂质小囊的制备及其pH-敏感性。方法制备3种Mr的聚2-乙基丙烯酸(PEAA)并通过巯基将其连接在含有二肉豆蔻酰-N-[(4-马来酰亚胺甲基)环已羰基]磷脂酰乙醇胺的脂质小囊表面,测定酸化时内容物钙黄绿素的释放情况。结果表面结合PEAA的脂质小囊在pH6.6和pH6.2时钙黄绿素的释放百分率分别为31.19%和45.39%,对照组在pH6.6和pH6.2时钙黄绿素的释放百分率各为0.813%和1.897%。结论PEAA表面结合的脂质小囊具有较好的pH敏感性。
Preparation of surface-bound polymer lipid vesicles and their pH-sensitivity were investigated. Methods Three kinds of poly (2-ethylacrylate) (PEAA) of Mr were prepared and linked by thiol to a solution containing dimyristoyl-N - [(4-maleimidomethyl) cyclohexanecarbonyl] phosphatidylethanolamine Lipid vesicle surface, the contents of acidification calcein release measured. Results The percentage release of calcein at pH6.6 and pH6.2 was 31.19% and 45.39%, respectively. The release of calcein in the control group at pH6.6 and pH6.2 The percentages were 0.813% and 1.897% respectively. Conclusion PEAA surface-bound lipid vesicles have good pH-sensitivity.
