班主任的教学工作千头万绪,工作方法也是多种多样,对于每一种方法都会有它的合理之处和道理。在20多年的班主任工作中,教师得到学生的尊重、理解和信任是最重要的,这便是班主任工作的基石,同样也是班主任工作的关键所在。在平时的教学过程中,要是做到这一点,教学工作便会如鱼得水,游刃有余的进行,使得教学工作收到事半功倍的效果。
