摘要目的研究全国肺癌筛查单机构的人群CT影像,评估初次CT检查肺间质异常(ILA)的患病率及2年后随访CT显示的ILA的进展比率。材料与方法研究经伦理委员会批准,并获得所有参与者知情同意。回顾性分析全国性肺癌筛查单机构接受低剂量CT扫描的吸烟者的CT影像884例,依CT表现分为3类:无ILA、可疑ILA、ILA。ILA的类型分为非纤维化(包括磨玻璃影、实变、马赛克征)或纤维化(毛玻璃并网状影、网状影、蜂窝影)。评估2年后随访CT的变化(分为无变化、好转或进展)。采用Fisher确切概率法的卡方
Abstract Objective To study the CT images of the population of single lung cancer screening institutions in China and evaluate the prevalence of interstitial lung abnormalities (ILA) in primary CT examination and the rate of ILA progression after 2 years of follow-up. Material and methodological studies were approved by ethics committees and informed consent was obtained from all participants. A retrospective analysis of 884 cases of CT images of smokers undergoing low-dose CT scans in national lung cancer screening institutions was divided into 3 categories according to CT findings: no ILA, suspicious ILA and ILA. The types of ILAs are classified as non-fibrotic (including ground glass, solidified, mosaic) or fibrosis (ground glass reticular, reticular, cellular).
