研究 3种不同配方的酶制剂对猪粪沼气发酵产气率的影响。配方 1和配方 2的沼气产量比对照分别提高2 6 81%和 13 75 ,配方 3则比对照降低 4 4 0 % ;从池容产气率看 ,配方 1和配方 2分别比对照提高 2 7 5 4 %和13 0 4 % ,配方 3比对照降低了 4 35 %。三种配方对原料TS和VS的利用率均有提高 ,TS利用率分别比对照提高8 6 9%、15 5 3%和 4 74 % ,VS利用率分别比对照提高 2 2 2 3%、4 7 0 5 %和 9 95 %。以上结果表明 ,糖化酶有利于提高猪粪发酵的沼气产量 ,较高蛋白酶活相反降低沼气产量。
The effects of three different enzyme preparations on biogas production of pig manure biogas fermentation were studied. Compared with the control, the yields of biogas in Formula 1 and Formula 2 increased by 2 6 81% and 13 75, respectively, while that in Formula 3 decreased by 4 40%. Compared with the control, Formula 1 and Formula 2 increased by 27% 5 4% and 13 0 4%, while Formulation 3 decreased by 35 35% compared with the control. The utilization rates of TS and VS in the three formulations all increased, the utilization rates of TS increased by 8 6 9%, 15 5 3% and 4 74%, respectively, and the utilization of VS increased by 22.3% and 4 2% respectively compared with the control 7 0 5% and 9 95%. The above results show that the glucoamylase is beneficial to improve the biogas production of pig manure fermentation, and the higher protease activity reduces biogas production on the contrary.
