脾切除术治疗慢性粒细胞型白血病17例近期疗效观察

本文报道17例慢性粒细胞型白血病作脾切除术的疗效,近期有效者13例(76%)。对脾切除术治疗本病的适应症和并发症的防治,作了讨论。

This article reports 17 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia for splenectomy efficacy, the recent effective in 13 cases (76%). Splenectomy for the treatment of the indications and complications prevention and treatment were discussed.
