2013年底,我国中东部大部地区遭遇持续性雾霾天气,据中央气象台统计,截至2013年12月4日18时,我国已有25个省(区、市)不同程度地出现过雾霾天气。然而在2013年初,饱受雾霾困扰的北京却在此次全国雾霾中“一枝独秀”。11月在接二连三的北风作用下,北京迎来了11个空气质量一级优的蓝天,为全年最多。11月25日至28日更是连续出现了4个一级优蓝天,打破了“好天不过三”的魔咒。专家表示,整个11月北京连续受到多股冷空气影响,上空被高气压系统
