目的为了解本辖区医疗机构X线机房放射防护状况,预防和控制放射性危害。方法以现场检测和现场检查的方式,选择有代表性一、二、三级医疗机构及民营医疗机构放射工作场所进行现场抽检,并对放射防护设施落实情况进行监督检查。结果抽检67家医疗机构,监测样品点数共2 350点,总合格率为99.66%,有3家医疗机构3个放射机房8点监测点超标,机房防护门成为射线泄漏最易发生环节。结论加强宣传培训,提高放射诊疗管理者和工作人员依法防护意识和自律管理能力,定期开展防护设施维护,加强监督执法,提高放射防护整体水平。
Objective To understand the radiation protection status of X-ray equipment room of medical institutions in this area and to prevent and control radioactive hazards. Methods By means of on-site testing and on-site inspection, a representative primary, secondary and tertiary medical institutions and privately-owned medical institutions were selected to carry out on-the-spot sampling at radiological sites and to supervise and inspect the implementation of radiological protection facilities. Results A total of 67 medical institutions were sampled. The total number of monitoring samples was 2 350 points, with a total pass rate of 99.66%. There were 8 monitoring points of 3 radioactive rooms in 3 medical institutions exceeding the standards, and the protective door of the engine room became the most prone area for radiation leakage. Conclusion The publicity and training programs should be stepped up to enhance the awareness of radiation protection managers and staff in accordance with the law and the ability of self-discipline management. Regular maintenance of protective facilities should be carried out to enhance supervision and law enforcement and raise the overall level of radiation protection.
