“祸兮福之所倚,福兮祸之所伏”。本来,好与坏就是同时存在的。好中有坏,坏中有好,有时二者还可以互相转化。比如在股市中,利好出尽是利空、利空出尽是利好。而7月里的东北就陷入了好与坏的纠结中。7月16日,大连市第十一次党代会胜利闭幕。这次大会提出了把大连建设成富庶美丽文明的现代化国际城市的目标。“富庶美丽文明”的提法不仅抓人眼球,令人眼前一亮,更是全市人民的共同期盼,是符合大连客观经济规律的必然选择。五年后的大连,将交出一份怎样的答卷,值得人们期待。
