“自上而下的、相对独立的‘专门组织机构’是中小学家校互动探索与实践得以良好推进的坚实”基础和基本保证。由于办学体制与中小学办学发展的不同,发达国家和我国港台地区的中小学家校互动起步早,发展比较成熟。由于体制和制度的不同,我们不能全盘照搬,但其成功做法对于我们深入探索转型时期中小学家校互动,却有着不可低估的启示和借鉴作用。深入分析发达国家及我国港台地区中小学家校互动的成功经验,可以归纳出以下几个方面的基本特征。
"Top-down and relatively independent ’specialized organizations’ are the solid foundation and basic guarantee for good progress in the exploration and practice of primary and secondary school home-school interaction. Due to the difference between the school-running system and the development of primary and secondary schools, the developed countries and the primary and middle schools in Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country started their interactions earlier and developed more maturely. Due to the differences in the systems and systems, we can not completely copy it. However, its successful practices have an inscrutable and enlightening lesson for us to explore in depth the interaction between primary and secondary schools and schools in the transitional period. In-depth analysis of the successful experiences of home and school interaction between developed countries and primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country can be summarized the following aspects of the basic characteristics.
