本文结合现场实践,分析了上汽厂生产的凝汽式汽轮机组全液压调速系统带负荷工况下大幅度晃动的原因,并介绍了消除措施。该系统所存在的这一缺陷,与调速汽门重叠度、二次油压稳定性、错油门过封度及其结构型式等因素有关,而错油门过封度偏小以及结构不够合理是造成大幅度晃动的主要原因。采取相应的改进措施,尤其是加大错油门过封度并采用新型的斜切梯形缺口圆弧槽式错油门后,这样既消除调速系统大幅度晃动,又使动态能无明显影响的目的。
