介绍了某炼油厂所产液化石油气钢片腐蚀试验不合格的情况,通过跟踪分析,认为这与其总硫含量、硫 化氢含量有关,对球罐液化石油气腐蚀与碱性水含量、取样部位等因素的关系做了试验分析;依据控制指标和腐蚀 因素,提出了改进液化石油气质量的措施,并在应用后取得了成功,为正常生产提供了可参考的控制参数。
This paper introduces the unqualified corrosion test of liquefied petroleum gas produced by a refinery. Through tracking analysis, it is considered that this is related to its total sulfur content and hydrogen sulfide content. The corrosion and alkaline water content of liquefied petroleum gas According to the control indexes and corrosion factors, some measures to improve the quality of liquefied petroleum gas are put forward. After the application, it is successful, which provides reference parameters for normal production.
