高炉喷油是强化冶炼、降低焦比的有效措施。针对炼铁厂7号高炉生产不稳定、技术经挤指标落后、年平均利用系数在1.55t/(m~3·d)的被动局面,采取了喷吹焦化厂煤焦油中间产品——脱晶蒽油的技术措施。试验结果表明,炉况得到改善,生产指标迅速提高,综合焦比降低0.88%,油焦置换比达到1.22。日产量增加10.41%,一级品率提高27.5%,公司增利1580.4万元/a,炼铁厂增利40.86万元/a。高炉喷油不仅能改善炉况,而且能稳定操作,在鞍钢原燃料条件下,大型高炉喷油操作势在必行。但是,要想赶上国外同类型高炉先进水平,尚需在改善原燃料质量,采用先进高炉设备等方面下一番功夫。
